Get To Know Brooke
I earned my Master of Social Work in 2016 and began my career in hospice, where I developed a passion for supporting people through grief, loss, and major life transitions. That experience continues to shape my approach today, with a focus on meeting people where they are and creating a space where they feel heard, supported, and understood.
I work with adults 18 and older and especially enjoy working with grief and loss, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum, parenthood, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with the geriatric population. I believe therapy should be individualized, and I draw from approaches such as EMDR and IFS-informed parts work to support each client’s unique needs and goals.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to two young kids. I enjoy spending time with my family, running, and lifting. This year, I’m training for my first marathon!
