MEET THE FOUNDERS
Created in 2024 and located in the heart of Grandview, Ohio, Revitalized Roots is the result of a shared vision between co-owners and sisters, Brooke Kuntz and Alex Moore. We are passionate about creating a comprehensive wellness space where both mind and body can be nurtured. Together, our goal is to create a one-stop wellness hub for the Grandview community and beyond. We envision Revitalized Roots as a place where professionals from different wellness disciplines come together to offer holistic care to our clients.

BROOKE N. KUNTZ, LISW-S

I earned my Master of Social Work in 2016 and started my career in hospice, where I quickly learned how much meaning can be found in walking alongside people through some of life’s hardest moments. That experience sparked my passion for grief, loss, and the many transitions that shape who we are.
Today, I work with adults 18 and older, including both men and women. I especially enjoy working with women navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, pregnancy and postpartum, parenthood, and the many changes that come with different seasons of life. I also work with men navigating their own experiences with grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth.
I believe therapy should feel comfortable, genuine, and tailored to you—not like a one-size-fits-all experience. I draw from approaches such as EMDR and IFS-informed parts work, along with a variety of tools and techniques based on what feels most helpful for you. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself.
A few things about me: I’m a wife and mom to two young kids, so I know firsthand that life can be wonderfully full—and sometimes a little chaotic. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family, running, and lifting. I’m currently training for my first marathon, which has definitely taught me a thing or two about patience, consistency, and putting one foot in front of the other.
I love getting to know the person behind the reason they walked through my door, and I hope my clients leave therapy feeling a little more connected to themselves, a little more hopeful, and better equipped for whatever comes next.

ALEX MOORE

Alex is a licensed esthetician, owner of A Beautiful Existence, and co-owner of Revitalized Roots, a wellness collective she created alongside her sister, Brooke.
With a passion for skincare, wellness, and creating meaningful connections, Alex has built her career around helping others feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin. Through A Beautiful Existence, she combines result-driven esthetic treatments with a relaxing, personalized experience where clients can truly take a moment for themselves.
Revitalized Roots grew from a shared vision between Alex and Brooke to create a welcoming space where wellness practitioners could connect, collaborate, and provide a variety of services all under one roof. What began as an idea has grown into a community that reflects their belief that wellness is about more than just one aspect of health—it’s about caring for the whole person.
Outside of her work, Alex is a wife and mom to her two-year-old daughter. When she’s not at the studio, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her husband and daughter, making memories and enjoying this busy, beautiful season of life.
For Alex, Revitalized Roots is not just a place of business but a space built around connection, community, and helping people feel their best.

Revitalized Roots was created with the idea that wellness is about more than simply treating one problem or focusing on one part of ourselves. Our emotional health, physical health, relationships, and sense of connection are all intertwined. Sometimes healing means looking inward, and sometimes it means finding the right people and resources to support us along the way.
Revitalized Roots is not just as a place for individual providers to practice, but a community of providers who can support one another and the people we serve.
Our hope is to create a space where practitioners can feel connected, supported, and rooted in community rather than working in isolation. We believe that when providers know one another, collaborate, and share resources, our clients and community benefit too.
We also wanted to create a one-stop wellness space where people can find different forms of support under one roof. Whether you're looking for counseling, massage, esthetic services, lactation support, or other wellness services, our goal is to make it easier to care for the whole person.
