Get To Know Megan

Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and I own Little Dove. I offer personalized, one-on-one feeding support for families in the Columbus area. I help with everything from early latch concerns and milk supply questions to pumping, returning to work, and more complex feeding challenges.

I believe no two families feed the same way, and your care shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. Feeding is about more than latch. It involves how your baby's whole body moves and holds tension, how their mouth and tongue work together, and how you are feeling physically and emotionally. In every visit, I take the time to look at the full picture, listen to your goals, and build a plan that fits your family's real life.

That whole-body approach is why I'm also a craniosacral therapy (CST) provider. I can include gentle CST in a feeding visit when it helps, and I also offer CST as a separate service for babies and adults.

I was born and raised in Columbus, and I love caring for families in the community I grew up in. I'm married with four kids, so I know firsthand how full and tender the early days with a new baby can be. I want my office to be a calm, unhurried place where you can slow down, ask questions, and feel supported. When I'm not in the office, you'll probably find me on the sidelines cheering on my kids.
