Get To Know Rebecca

Rebecca Dunaway is a Certified HeartMath® Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Himalayan Singing Bowl Practitioner with more than 35 years of experience in healthcare. Her work brings together evidence-informed practices, energy work, sound, and a deep appreciation for the connection between mind, body, and the natural world.

Through HeartMath®, Rebecca helps individuals develop greater coherence, resilience, and the ability to remain centered amid the demands of everyday life. She also offers Reiki as a gentle practice for relaxation, restoration, and renewal.

Rebecca’s specialized training in vibrational meditation with Himalayan Singing Bowls allows her to weave sound and vibration into individual and group experiences. Her approach is grounded, experiential, and deeply relational—creating space for people to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with their own natural rhythm.

And it rarely takes long before a conversation with Rebecca turns toward trees, roots, and the many ways we are connected to the world around us.
